Synopsis

Continues the story of Super Fishing Grander Musashi

In Super Fishing Grander Musashi, Musashi lives with his father after his mother left three years ago. He still holds onto hope that she will return. The family relocates from Tokyo to a small rural village, which Musashi strongly dislikes, begging his father to move away. Worried that his mother might not be able to find him, he longs to go back to their former home. Soon after settling in, Musashi meets a man fishing for bass with lures. Captivated by this method, he quickly becomes an eager learner, absorbing a great deal from the man. Musashi also learns that his maternal grandfather was once a grand champion in lure fishing. Inspired by this family tie, he comes to believe that mastering lure fishing could lead him to his mother. Showing remarkable talent, Musashi embarks on fishing trips across the globe, pursuing a wide variety of unique fish species. As his fishing adventures continue, he gradually grows to appreciate the natural environment and the rural way of life.

In the follow-up to Grander Musashi, the youthful yet experienced angler Musashi Kazama embarks on a global journey alongside his two friends to locate seven mysterious beings known as "Legenders." These Legenders take the form of fish and possess incredible powers. According to legend, catching a Legender grants the catcher the ability to reshape the world. But Musashi must contend with other determined fishermen who are also pursuing these legendary creatures.
