Synopsis

After a period of unrest and coup fears in the Kingdom of Dowa, a time of political calm has finally come. Jean Otus and Lotta Otus now pass their days in relaxed talks with their good friend Niino, smoking and drinking together. In spite of this peace, they remain watchful against any possible danger to Dowa. Even the top officials of ACCA seem to be savoring this hard-won stability.
