Monk Seishin

Synopsis

During the 19th century, a rice merchant comes across a mother attempting to purchase rice by trading her own child's garments. This merchant later becomes Monk Seishin, who lifts the people of Miyajima out of destitution by digging wells and launching the wooden ladle trade.
