Synopsis
Kosuke-sama Rikimaru-sama: Konpeitou no Ryuu is a 45-minute anime television special created by J.C. Staff and broadcast in 1988 on Japanese TV. Like Dragon Ball, this martial arts adventure pits its heroes against antagonists reminiscent of the Red Ribbon Army, features mecha designs typical of Toriyama, and includes a dragon that closely mirrors Son Gohan's Haiya Dragon.
