Harmony of Mille-Feuille
Utagoe wa Mille-Feuille
うたごえはミルフィーユ
Synopsis
First-year student Uta Komaki dreams of making the most of her high school life, but her shyness and lack of confidence hold back her natural singing talent. Time and again, she tries to join the school's light music club, only to be overwhelmed by the imposing presence of its members. Everything changes when Airi Kojou, the leader of the a cappella club, unexpectedly invites Uta to check out their group. Unlike the light music club, this ensemble creates music using only voices, with no instruments. Captivated, Uta discovers how the members' voices weave together in harmony, much like the layered structure of a mille-feuille dessert. This experience inspires her to take the first step toward joining a group where every voice is heard and valued.
