Mikiko Oguro, a recent graduate of animation school, is eager to start her career at Studio Petit. But unexpected events quickly put her in charge of managing the production of Time Journeys, a new TV anime facing an extremely tight deadline. Juggling a diverse team of creatives while trying to meet the show's broadcast deadline, Mikiko finds herself immersed in the chaotic and demanding world of anime production. Through her experiences, she gains a deep appreciation for the tremendous dedication required to create a compelling animated series.

In this installment

After rookie producer Mikiko Oguro successfully leads her team to complete the anime Time Journeys, the president of Studio Petit announces that the studio will produce three different series for the upcoming season. Facing the challenge of maintaining her small team, the president decides to bring in an experienced producer to split Mikiko’s workload. However, as this new producer resorts to shortcuts to meet tight deadlines, the team begins to lose heart, wondering if the work they produce will be something they can truly be proud of.
