Synopsis
On a spaceship, Edward encounters Sakura in a bar, and she introduces him to sake, Japan's classic alcoholic beverage. Drawing from her upbringing at a sake brewery, Sakura shares in-depth knowledge of brewing methods, various sake varieties, and proper tasting etiquette. Edward then visits her family's brewery, where he learns more about the sake-making process and its cultural significance in Japan.
