Synopsis

Continues the story of Maken-Ki!

Adapted from Hiromitsu Takeda's manga, this romantic comedy follows Takeru Ohyama, a typical perverted teenage boy. He enrolls in a new school that requires no entrance exams and has just become co-ed. Unfortunately, his hopes for a normal high school life are quickly dashed when he discovers the institution is far more than it appears. Every student wields a special item known as a Maken to unleash magical abilities during duels. Can Takeru find a Maken that suits him while trying to fit in at his new school and navigate a host of girl-related problems?

In this installment

At Tenbi Academy, Takeru keeps up with his schoolwork while also working as a member of the recently established Security Committee. Together with his comrades, he fights against individuals who misuse their Maken for evil intentions. At the same time, his own personal goals and the competing romantic feelings of the girls around him create additional complications in his life.
