Synopsis
In the final years of the Meiji period, Japan eagerly adopts new technologies, building a promising future. Yet Yasunori Katou, a mysterious man, holds intense hatred for the changing city of Tokyo and desires its destruction. While Katou spreads chaos throughout the metropolis, the Tatsumiya family becomes entangled in his malevolent scheme.
