Synopsis
Continues the story of Mr. Pen Pen
The well-dressed prince of Penguin Land, Pen-Pen, who is never without his hat and tie, suddenly appears at Mika's front door. He then moves in with her, bringing along his eccentric companions. This story is based on Muroyama Mayumi's manga series, originally published in Shougaku Ninensei.
