Following an extended conflict with the monstrous kaiju, the world has finally entered an era of peace and prosperity—yet the lingering influence of the kaiju remains. From time to time, girls are born who carry the souls of kaiju within them, granting them extraordinary kaiju-like powers. An organization known as GIRLS has assembled these kaiju girls to protect the planet, but from the shadows emerges BLACK STARS, a group of villainous kaiju girls who have just enlisted their newest—and rather confused—member.
