Synopsis
The story centers on Ronja, the daughter of the chief of a bandit clan, who resides with her fellow outlaws in a vast castle hidden deep in the forest. As the narrative unfolds, Ronja encounters mystical creatures, forges a bond with a friend of her own age, and discovers the genuine meaning of life within the woodland.

Sanzoku no Musume Ronja is based on the Swedish children's fantasy book Ronja Rövardotter (Ronia, the Robber's Daughter) by Astrid Lindgren.
