Synopsis

In the distant future, the Moon and Mars have been turned into sites for disposing Earth's hazardous waste and exiling criminals. The lawbreakers settled on the Moon have risen in armed revolt, endangering those who remain on Earth. This situation doesn't concern Takashi Katori much—he's more interested in playing computer games with his American friend, Olivia Lawrence. Their favorite involves a fighting robot, and Takashi's mecha, Laserion, remains undefeated. However, when a scientific experiment causes the robot to become real, Takashi discovers he must pilot Laserion to defend Earth from the space-based criminals launching an invasion.
