Synopsis
A music video for Miu's song "Itsuwari". During the winter of 1962, Japan witnessed its first-ever discovery of an exceptionally crafted counterfeit bill. The 1.000 Yen forgery was handled with such deftness that ultimately no perpetrator was ever identified or taken into custody. One of these fake bills, alongside a genuine one, was sealed inside a time capsule at the Osaka-Kansai Expo. The video's concept draws from the tale of that counterfeit 1.000 Yen note. Much like the song's subject, the fake bill fooled everyone around it. If I accept my own falsehood as true, can the lie itself become reality?
