Synopsis
"Pulsar" is a gypsum animation accompanied by a rhythmic beat, featuring robots, a sci-fi aesthetic, and alligators with human arms. It aired in 1991 on the Japanese TV program "Miyake Yuuji no Ebizori Kyoshou Tengoku," commonly referred to as "Ebiten," a show that highlighted works from independent creators. This animation introduces an early version of the character Pulta, who later appeared in Bowda Katsuhi's anime series "Robot Pulta" after Bowda joined NHK.
