Synopsis

In "Bungo and Alchemist -Gears of Judgement-", a secretive organization called the Alchemist has reincarnated renowned literary figures, embedding their spirits inside a massive library. These writers are tasked with cleansing books corrupted by monstrous beings known as Taints. On their journey, they also search for and rescue other authors trapped within their own narratives. Some retain aspects of their original personalities in their newly empowered forms, while others grapple with fading memories of their past lives and literary works. Despite the immense scale of their mission, they remain dedicated, driven by the desire to uncover the mystery of their collective resurrection and resolve the unfinished business from their previous existences.
