Synopsis
The protagonist, Tsukiko, transfers to a school that has recently switched from an all-boys institution to a co-educational one. Because the school is located in a remote rural area and offers a highly specialized curriculum, Tsukiko remains the only female student enrolled so far. In Starry Sky, the thirteen constellations of the zodiac are embodied as attractive young men. The anime is directed by Kiyomo Sayaka, who previously worked on Vampire Knight. Much like Hetalia - Axis Powers, Starry Sky's anime will be distributed through the Animate.tv website and other platforms.
Background
Starry☆Sky is an adaptation of the otome visual novel series of the same name. It was developed and published by Honeybee for PC, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation Portable, and PlayStation Vita systems. The series has since turned into a multimedia franchise, including drama CDs, stage adaptations, and a web radio show.
