In a world where Ultraman, once Earth's divine guardian, has been absent without a trace for many years, his role has been assumed by Dragon Force, an elite unit within the GSB Earth Security Organization. After reports of widespread energy abnormalities and impending catastrophes emerge, Dragon Force is assigned to find their cause. Their probe uncovers an unexpected connection to the legendary Ultraman. As the confrontation between Earth's former and current protectors intensifies, the question arises whether this situation is mere coincidence or part of a deeper plot. The ultimate objective is to uncover the full reality behind these events.

With the Genesis Crystal posing a growing danger, Evan triggers a chaotic series of events that may bring about the world's destruction. To prevent this catastrophe, Ultraman must unleash his complete strength and select a young boy to serve as his human host. After giving the boy a magical cube intended to unlock his latent abilities, Ultraman disappears. While efforts to decipher the cube's secrets begin, Dr. J stumbles upon an odd revelation: the boy's flatulence is the key. A string of comedic and experimental tests involving the boy's gas emissions ensues in an attempt to unravel the cube's mystery. Even with rigorous training from the Dragon Force elite and assistance from Dr. J's high-tech gadgets, the chosen boy seems initially unfit to rescue the planet. As the threat intensifies and Dragon Force's resources run low, Earth's future hangs by a thread. Can this unlikely hero rise to confront the crisis?
