Continues the story of Throne of Seal
Six thousand years ago, humanity's dominance was shattered by a demon invasion, triggered by the appearance of 72 demon gods. To protect what remained of humankind, the Alliance of Temples was formed, successfully holding back the demons and restoring a fragile peace. In the present day, nine-year-old Long Hao Chen begins his path to join the Knight Temple Hall. With hard work and encouragement from his companions, he passes the demanding knight exam. Under the guidance of his mentor, Long Xing Yu, Long Hao Chen takes part in the Holy Resurrection Ritual to measure his hidden abilities. The ritual reveals that he has the qualities of a Son of Light—someone gifted with extraordinary spiritual power. Recognizing his student's great potential, Long Xing Yu pushes Long Hao Chen to refine his skills into those of a powerful knight who can fight alongside him against the Demon Lord. In Throne of Seal's second season, Long Hao Chen unveils his status as a Dual Knight and reaches the finals after triumphing in his temple match. Before the final showdown, each temple holds internal ranking battles to decide their strongest competitor. During these matches, Hao Chen gets hurt, prompting Sheng Cai'er to seek vengeance on Hao Chen's behalf, sparking a clash between the Knight Temple and the Assassin Temple. The situation intensifies until a shocking truth comes to light: Sheng Cai'er is a Reincarnated Saint. The Demon Hunting Team Competition finals begin by splitting the remaining sixty participants into six groups. The top sixteen then battle each other to claim the top three positions, with the victors receiving a spiritual stove as a reward and the right to select their teammates. Aiming to become a powerful knight capable of defeating the Demon Lord, Long Hao Chen strives for first place in the competition to assemble the strongest possible team.
