Synopsis

In a world that has enjoyed fifteen years of peace after the demon lord's defeat, Kotone Kazairo, a newly certified mage, moves to the capital Dali in the Kingdom of Actus to start a new life. At sixteen, she looks for a place to live and visits Rent Plan Guide, a local real estate agency. There, she meets her future coworkers: Rufuria, a practical-minded priest; Rakira, a rugged warrior with a tomboyish demeanor; and Fa, an appealing demihuman. Kotone quickly joins RPG Real Estate, enthusiastically learning the ropes alongside her diverse team. The agency specializes in matching a wide array of quirky clients with their ideal homes, despite the often complicated process. Despite the hurdles, Kotone and her team remain committed to their goal of bringing happiness to their clients through the magic of finding the right house.
