Synopsis
Kokoro no Tokyo Kakumei is a joint project from studio DLE and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government designed to encourage better manners and thoughtfulness among the city's residents. The initiative features three videos released simultaneously. One segment focuses on the importance of the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games happening in five years, urging citizens to take pride in their nation. It highlights how adults should serve as role models for children and suggests that improving the conduct of young people will create a better future. Another video introduces the main characters, Animal Hamaguchi, a former professional wrestler, and his daughter Kyouko Hamaguchi, who is also a professional wrestler. They reprimand a woman for failing to acknowledge children when they greet her.
