Someone's Gaze

Synopsis

In a near-future Japan, Aya Okamura resides alone in an apartment while her parents are separated. Her mother has been working abroad since Aya was a child, leaving only her father, Kouji, and their cat, Mii-san, at home. After a long day, Aya turns down her father's offer to have dinner together, saying she's still at work. Later that night, she receives an urgent phone call that might be able to heal the divide within her family.
