The ice cream scepter vanishes under strange circumstances, endangering the ice continent. Snow King pursues the thief to Hunting Valley, where they encounter "Boss Rabbit," a bounty hunter gathering funds to reopen a restaurant. With their own motivations, they team up for a lighthearted journey to retrieve the scepter.
