Synopsis

Continues the story of Blue Miburo

Nio Chirinu, an orphan, finds a sense of belonging while working as a waiter at his adoptive grandmother's restaurant. His quiet life is shattered when he and his sister Iroha are forced to help with a sting operation targeting child kidnappers, orchestrated by Toshizou Hijikata and Souji Okita of the notorious ronin group Miburo. After this ordeal, Toshizou invites Nio to join Miburo and protect the people of Kyoto. Driven by a desire to overcome his physical weaknesses, Nio throws himself into intense training to match the combat skills of his new allies. However, he still struggles to gain the respect of fellow Miburo members Tarou Tanaka and Hajime Saitou. As he works to form bonds with these comrades, Nio must define his own moral code and build the strength to face any enemy.
