Synopsis
Dr. Kazuki discovers a connection between recent chaotic events on Earth and the awakening of an ancient alien race called the Izawarians. He constructs a robot named Ga-keen, which is based on the science of magnetism and sphere joint theory. The pilots undergo a dangerous augmentation process, transforming into Magnetman Plus and Magnetman Minus. This allows them to perform the sweet cross and lock their jointed bodies inside Ga-keen, providing it with enough energy to combat the synthetic beasts created by the Izawarians.
