Synopsis

Mizuho is shocked to learn from his grandfather's will that he must enroll at the same all-girls academy his mother once attended. Complicating things further, he must blend in without raising suspicion. With assistance from his friend Mariya, Mizuho undergoes a transformation so convincing that he successfully deceives everyone at the school.

The story of Otoboku 2 picks up roughly two years following Mizuho's departure. The central character, Chihaya Mikado, had stopped attending his previous school due to harassment and a growing distrust of men. Unable to watch him struggle, his mother arranges for him to transfer to Seio Girl's School, her alma mater. Disguised as a girl, he enrolls under the name Chihaya Kisakinomiya. He crosses paths with Kaoruko Nanahara, another key protagonist, who had once saved him from a playboy. Chihaya moves into the dormitory. Due to his handsome appearance, graceful figure, and excellent academic performance, he quickly becomes a center of attention among the students.
