Ayanami Rei, Hajimete no Kuchibeni is a partnership between the Evangelion franchise and the cosmetics company Kate Tokyo, announcing the launch of their Red Nude Rouge lipstick. While the ad premiered in late 2020, an extended cut was released on February 9, 2021 with additional content featuring Rei.
