Leona Ozaki becomes a member of the elite Tank Police in Newport City. Alongside her fellow officer Al and her custom mini-tank Bonaparte, she fights to counter the dangers posed by Buaku and the Puma Sisters.

In this follow-up to Shirow's acclaimed series, Al, Leona, and their dependable tank, Bonaparte, continue their battle against crime in New Port City, aided by the other members of the Tank Police. A new danger emerges as a string of high-tech terrorist attacks utilize state-of-the-art weaponry. Outgunned and outnumbered, the Tank Police confront a daunting obstacle. Yet, Al and Leona stay determined in their quest to uncover the perpetrators behind the strikes. Amidst fierce explosions and high-speed pursuits, Leona frequently inflicts more destruction than the criminals she chases.
