Synopsis
At the height of the Heian period, Hikaru Genji, an illegitimate son of the emperor, lives a lavish existence as a noble courtier. His days are occupied with pleasures such as tea ceremonies, dance, and clever excuses for his many secret romances. Due to the complicated nature of his affairs, it is only a matter of time before his love entanglements grow ever more tangled and beyond his control.
