Synopsis
In Demons' Crest, sixth-grader Yuuma Ashihara and his twin sister Sawa are deeply engaged in Actual Magic, a state-of-the-art virtual reality MMORPG, when the game abruptly fuses with their actual surroundings. Pandemonium breaks out, and they come to understand that dying now carries permanent, real-world consequences. Yuuma encounters Sumika, a former classmate who used to be one of the most popular girls at school but has morphed into a monstrous entity from the game. Crafted by the creator of Sword Art Online and Accel World, this story explores a realm where the lines between gaming and reality dissolve, with mere survival marking only the beginning of their trials.
