Synopsis
While traveling, a Chinese prince comes across an ordinary townsfolk and rapidly develops strong romantic feelings for them. They wed and have a daughter, but a rebellion compels the prince to separate from his family. Time passes, and after taking the throne, the prince locates his long-lost daughter. When she arrives at court, it becomes apparent that her upbringing among commoners has instilled in her a number of uncouth behaviors.
