Synopsis
Wearing punk clothing, the mysterious stray cat named Dark Side Cat races through the city at night, playing tricks on anyone who angers him. He avoids being caught in a constant cat-and-mouse game with the city council, who refer to their chase as the "Stray Cat Hunt."
