Continues the story of Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign
A deadly virus eradicates everyone aged 13 and older, prompting previously concealed vampires to emerge and seize control by trading protection for human blood. Yuuichirou and Mikaela Hyakuya, two boys from an orphanage, are taken captive alongside their close circle of friends. Rejecting vampire rule, Mikaela orchestrates a breakout, but the scheme collapses, leaving Yuuichirou as the sole survivor. He is subsequently found by the Moon Demon Company, a Japanese military force committed to eradicating vampires. Years later, Yuuichirou enlists in the Japanese Imperial Demon Army, fueled entirely by his vow to avenge his family's murder at the hands of vampires. The true cost of his quest for revenge remains unknown.

In Seraph of the End: Battle in Nagoya, Yuuichirou Hyakuya is overjoyed to reunite with Mikaela Hyakuya, the childhood friend he had long believed dead. However, he is shocked to discover that Mikaela has transformed into a vampire. Resolved to aid her, Yuuichirou vows to enhance his capabilities to safeguard Mikaela and the rest of the Moon Demon Company. Meanwhile, Kureto Hiiragi uncovers intelligence regarding a massive vampire assembly in Nagoya that plans to strike at the Imperial Demon Army's primary forces in Tokyo. Guren Ichinose commands Yuuichirou's unit, selected to confront and vanquish these vampire aristocrats. As the Nagoya operation draws near, the members of Shinoa squad dedicate themselves to honing their Cursed Gear techniques and deepening their teamwork. Yuuichirou must gather the power required to defeat the nobles and save his friend, all while ensuring the demonic entity within his weapon does not seize control of him.
