Synopsis

In the group of galaxies, there exist over 100,000,000,000 galaxies, and the Milky Way—home to Earth's solar system—is merely one among countless others spanning the vastness of space. The narrative begins in the year 3199, when a formidable enemy launches an assault on the Milky Way from a neighboring galaxy. This enemy confronts the combined forces of the Milky Way Alliance, a coalition of numerous stellar nations, and defeats them in succession. The remnants of the Milky Way Alliance are whittled down to only six fleets. With the Alliance headquarters destroyed and the collapse of the central Milky Way Alliance drawing near, the Great Yamato "Zero" takes everyone by surprise by setting out on a mission to aid the Milky Way Alliance in a final, decisive battle.
