Synopsis

While sorting through old files, Roberto Nicholas comes across a curious document detailing a pact made with a witch. The record shows that the witch brewed an elixir that granted extended life to each subsequent pope, in exchange for having her cleared of the accusations brought during the witch hunts. Captivated by the Vatican's strict secrecy surrounding this document and the possibility that the elixir might be genuine, Roberto, along with his colleague Josef Kou Hiraga, sets out to duplicate the witch's formula.
