Synopsis

On February 28, the ONE PIECE franchise took over Crypto.com Arena for a special game-night crossover event with the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers managed to defeat their opponents in a narrow 106-102 victory, and perhaps some of that energy came from the presence of the Straw Hats and a unique animated segment created for the occasion. The 30-second anime short—showing Luffy in a Lakers uniform locked in an intense basketball match against a team of Marines—is available to watch in its full glory.
