Synopsis

This narrative appears only on the DVD edition and takes the place of episode sixteen of the TV series, which was titled "Oyaji Camera." Within this world exists a mechanism allowing individuals to pay 100 yen to submit photographs of anyone who bothers them. Once one million pictures of the same person have been collected, the resulting 100,000,000 yen funds the hiring of a professional killer.
