Synopsis

Continues the story of Zero Tester

A string of space incidents is revealed to be caused by the Armanoid aliens, whose goal is to take over Earth. Professor Tachibana assembles a team at the Future Science Invention Center and readies five cutting-edge vehicles for Shin, Go, Lisa, and Captain Kenmotsu. Three of the Tester machines merge into the colossal Zero Tester robot, which manages to repel the Armanoid invasion over 39 episodes. The remaining portion of the series, renamed ZT: Save the Earth! (Chikyu o Mamotte!), was directed at a younger audience and involved an assault by the new Gallos aliens.

In the follow-up to Zero Tester, investigations reveal that recent disturbances in space are not natural but orchestrated by the Armanoid aliens, who have set their sights on conquering Earth. Professor Tachibana joins forces with global leaders to assemble a team at the Future Science Invention Center. There, they engineer five cutting-edge vehicles assigned to Shin, Go, Lisa, and Captain Kenmotsu, forming the elite Zero Tester Squad—whose mission is to safeguard the planet from the looming Armanoid invasion.
