Devils and Realist

Synopsis

In "Devils and Realist," seventeen-year-old William Twining, a noble deeply attached to his lineage and modern science, confronts the devastating truth of his family's financial ruin. Unable to continue his education or maintain his opulent lifestyle, he frantically searches his mansion for valuables, stumbles upon a hidden chamber, and inadvertently summons the arrogant Grand Duke of Hell, Dantalion. With Lucifer, ruler of Hell, locked in a deep slumber, a power vacuum emerges. Only a human known as the "Elector" can appoint a temporary leader, sparking conflict among the demons. Though William learns he is a descendant of King Solomon and wields supreme authority over the underworld, he remains unconvinced. Clinging to his belief in science and rejecting magic and the supernatural, this stubborn realist fails to grasp his crucial role in the ongoing struggle between Heaven and Hell.
