Synopsis
Continues the story of Plus-Sized Elf
Tomoatsu Naoe lives an ordinary life as a massage therapist until an unusual client named Erufuda arrives at his clinic. During her session, it becomes apparent that Erufuda is an elf from another world. After crossing over, she developed a taste for junk food, which caused her to gain considerable weight and now prevents her from returning home. Naoe agrees to help Erufuda shed the extra pounds so she can go back to her own world. She initially manages to reach her target weight, but soon puts it all back on. As Naoe continues assisting her, they meet others from different worlds dealing with similar problems—each one trying to lose their excess weight.
