神撃のバハムート VIRGIN SOUL
Synopsis
Continues the story of Rage of Bahamut: Genesis
In the ancient world of Mistarcia, where gods, demons, and humans coexist, the colossal dragon Bahamut once wreaked havoc across the land. To prevent total destruction, the warring deities joined forces and sealed Bahamut away, splitting the key among themselves so the dragon would remain imprisoned forever. With the threat gone, bounty hunters like Favaro Leone return to their everyday lives. Favaro, living a carefree and selfish existence, goes about his duties while constantly dodging Kaisar Lidfard, a righteous hunter seeking revenge against him. Favaro's easygoing life is turned upside down when he meets Amira, a mysterious woman who holds one of the pieces of the key that protects the world's peace. Rage of Bahamut: Genesis follows an unlikely group of heroes thrust into a massive conflict between gods and demons, forced to forge their own fate as the growing danger escalates.
In this installment
Ten years ago, humans, gods, and demons united to face the colossal dragon Bahamut. Now, in the present, the capital city of Anatae flourishes under the rule of King Charioce XVII, whose reign has brought luxury and prosperity to its citizens. Having seized power from the gods, the king permits the exploitation and enslavement of the demon race within the city. As humans unjustly oppress demons, discontent grows among the demon population, threatening an uprising. Meanwhile, the gods grow uneasy as they rush to reclaim their lost authority. Amid these tensions, Nina Drango, a spirited bounty hunter, arrives in Anatae seeking to establish herself and make a living. Her hopes for a peaceful life are disrupted when she encounters the menacing Rag Demon, driven by a desire for vengeance against humanity, and Kaisar Lidfard, a conflicted noble knight grappling with his own ethical dilemmas. Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul explores the ongoing social and ethical conflicts among humans, gods, and demons, detailing their struggles for survival and supremacy.
