This Is Not Blue

Synopsis

This Is Not Blue is an experimental short film by mareykrap that examines the idea of the color blue. Genuine blue pigments are exceptionally uncommon in nature; most things we perceive as blue are actually the result of light scattering or reflection. The film questions how much authentic blue truly exists around us. Using a sequence of images tinged with blue, it prompts the viewer to reconsider their perception: are these scenes actually blue, or just an optical trick?
