Continues the story of Starship Girl Yamamoto Yohko

Set in the late 20th century, 15-year-old Yohko Yamamoto, known for cat-like eyes, a love of video games, and a fondness for Pocky, is recruited by Lawson due to exceptional arcade shooting skills. Transported a thousand years into the future, Yohko becomes the pilot of the experimental spacecraft TA-29. Joining forces with Ayano Elizabeth Hakuhoin, Madoka Midoh, and Momiji Kagariya, Yohko commands the Terran squad in a vast space conflict against the notorious Red Snappers, led by Rouge and Ness.

On a distant world, an ancient legend speaks of four goddesses who will one day descend from the heavens, and when they do, all will be set right. In the meantime, Yohko and the rest of the Terra team—plus one straggler—have crash-landed on a backwater planet. Before they can figure out a way off this world, they'll need to keep their new charge from getting hungry again. Meanwhile, a grand celebration is set to take place in one of the most breathtaking spots in the universe: a cosmic Sakura festival. The Terra Team has been performing admirably, and one of their members is invited to join the high command as they meet their counterparts from NESS. It should be a time of festivity and peace... but apparently, someone didn't get the memo.
