Synopsis
Two children playing together spot a red hat carried by the wind, which eventually comes to rest on a high tree branch. Unable to reach it, they can only gaze upward at the vividly colorful object sitting securely among the foliage. The scene is accompanied by music from Japanese singer Shimonari Satoko, featured in the NHK program Minna no Uta.
