Synopsis

On the continent of Jamu Jamu lies a small village called Jimuna. It is home to a girl named Kukuri, the last descendant of the Migu Migu Tribe. Raised by an old witch who attempts to teach her the tribe's secret magic, Kukuri turns out to be a poor student. Also living in Jimuna is a boy named Nike. His very strict parents raise him with discipline, pushing him to become the village's brave hero. Nike himself has no desire to be a hero, yet he still grows into a mighty boy. One day, King Kodai of the village recruits troops to fight against the ruler of darkness, Giri. Kukuri and Nike are both accepted. The two children — Nike, the strong but reluctant hero, and Kukuri, the eager but unskilled little witch — set out on a wonderful journey full of adventures and friendship.
