Synopsis
In "Hey, Class President!," Yuuzou Kokusai, the student council president, appears to be a typical high school student, yet he possesses a unique allure that draws men toward making unwanted physical advances. When Kokusai requires a new vice president, he chooses his dependable friend, Yasuhiro Chiga. After an incident where Kokusai is groped on a train, Chiga offers to serve as his personal protector. As their bond deepens, Chiga finds it progressively harder to resist Kokusai's magnetic appeal.
