Synopsis

Set in Paris on the eve of the French Revolution, the story unfolds under the tyrannical rule of Louis the Sixteenth, whose reign has brought immense suffering to the common people. Simone, a young girl whose parents were murdered by the aristocracy, resolves to liberate her fellow citizens by confronting the corrupt nobility. Concealing her identity behind a red mask and leaving a red carnation as her signature, she becomes La Seine no Hoshi.
