In the 1920s, Japan faces the threat of invasion by demonic entities. Sakura, a girl from the countryside, arrives in the Imperial Capital to join the Imperial Flower Combat Troop, where she has the potential to become a skilled mecha pilot. However, she is surprised to discover that this secret defense unit maintains its cover by operating as a musical theater group, fully committing to this facade. As Sakura navigates the world of costumes, script memorization, and battling demons with giant robots, she must adapt to her new role, refine her acting skills, and help protect the nation.
