Synopsis
In "Kameari Park Precinct," the ruthless billionaire Shinatora erects grotesque constructions that disfigure Tokyo's cityscape. Demolition expert Benten sets out to tear down Shinatora’s architectural abominations, obliterating portions of the busy central district. Partnering with local police, the FBI dispatches bomb disposal specialist Lisa Hoshino and mechanical aide Dandy to Japan for a lecture engagement. Reluctantly, Ryotsu is assigned to work with Lisa in order to safeguard the residents of Kameari. Driven by an unknown motive, Benten exclusively targets Shinatora's buildings. The next demolition target is identified as Shinatora World, a recently opened colossal amusement park. Racing against time, Lisa and Ryotsu rush to the location, where they discover a massive Soviet-era missile rigged with an explosive capable of annihilating the entire Katsushika area. With such a menace looming, what actions can Ryotsu take to avert disaster?
