Set a few years before the events chronicled in Z.O.E Dolores,i, this OVA centers on the "Deimos Incident," an act of terrorism carried out by revolutionaries from Mars. Radium and Viola, the BAHRAM army's finest pilots, have been handpicked to spearhead testing of a new weapon system—one that Mars hopes will free the planet from the oppressive rule of the UNSF (United Nations Space Force). This cutting-edge technology, dubbed the "Orbital Frame," runs on an incredibly scarce and potent energy source known as the metatron ore. The OVA portrays both the Deimos incident itself and the chain of events leading up to it.

In this installment

James Lynx, a 49-year-old former officer and LEV pilot for the United Nations global army, received word one day that his wife—a Martian scientist—had been killed during a laboratory experiment. Filled with resentment and hatred for allowing her to go, his children blamed him and cast him aside. Depressed and in despair, James left the military and took a job as a transporter between Earth and Mars, clinging to a faint hope that his wife might still be alive—and wanting to be out there to find her. After several years, he seemed to have abandoned all hope and turned to drinking. Then one day, he receives an orbital frame named "Delorez," sent by his deceased wife. Once again daring to hope, he sets off on a wild and wacky adventure to uncover the truth and bring his family back together.
